Becoming a Member

 

Payment received with this contract is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions and is non-refundable. This contract is non-cancelable by the advertiser during the contract period and the advertiser acknowledges full and complete understanding of the terms & conditions.

            The account must be paid when due as stipulated herein for the advertisement to remain on-line. The advertiser acknowledges upon signing this contract that he/she has not relied upon any promise, statement or representations other than as contained herein. If KatoInfo.com needs to take legal or collection action against the advertiser for not meeting the payment obligation stipulated herein the advertiser will pay for all legal and/or collection expenses. This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. In the event that the advertiser fails to renew their existing account before the expiration date a reactivation fee will be charged. All checks returned will be charged fifty dollars. Non-payment of moneys due as stated herein shall cause the full balance to become due & payable at once.

            KatoInfo.com at its discretion may link the KatoInfo.com web site to additional web sites, at no extra charge to the advertiser. KatoInfo.com reserves the right at its discretion to accept or reject ad copy or advertiser. The advertiser agrees to indemnify KatoInfo.com or its agents from any claims, suits, or causes of legal action for libel, violation or the rights of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement and/or any other claims in connection with the publication of advertisements in the web pages placed on-line. The advertiser guarantees KatoInfo.com that is has the legal right to sell the product or service contained within the material presented for the ad.

            The advertiser agrees to ship the merchandise or provide the service as advertised within the KatoInfo.com Internet web site. The advertiser understands that all sales and inquiry transactions are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. All orders and inquiries go directly to the advertiser. KatoInfo.com will not participate in any portion of the customer and or sales transactions.

            The advertiser agrees to display at least one KatoInfo.com advertising poster where it is in plain view to the general public at advertiser’s place of business as long as the advertiser is a member of KatoInfo.com. Failure to do so could result in a deactivation of your account, resulting in a reactivation fee. Posters will be provided free of charge by KatoInfo.com.
           

You acknowledge and agree that KatoInfo.com may preserve and disclose Material if required to do so by law, or take any other action it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably required to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) respond to claims that Material violates the rights of third-parties; or (c) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of KatoInfo.com, KatoInfo.com users and/or the public.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all information, services, and content provided on or in connection with this web site are provided on an "as is" basis with no representations or warranties of any kind, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

f. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

            Individual Business Owners retain full copyright to the images and products displayed in there portion of KatoInfo.com.
