 Steve and his wife Carol have been married for over 35 years and are active in the community and enjoy time spent with their grandchildren.

 In 1993 his oldest son Jeff joined him in the business. Jeff and his wife Rebecca have three daughters ranging in ages 4 to 12. Jeff enjoys hunting, softball and many recreational activities.

 In 2000 his son, Dan became an associate in Welp Financial Services, Inc. Dan enjoys outdoor activities including hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Darla live in the St. Peter Community.
