Agnes Theresa Tuma Obituary
Agnes Theresa Tuma, Age 89, passed away November 25, 2021 at Traditions in Montgomery. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 29 from 4pm to 7pm at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 30 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery with Father Tom Niehaus, officiating. Interment will be held in the Calvary Cemetery in Montgomery.

Agnes was born on January 17, 1932 in Lexington to Albert and Ida (Retka) Dorzinski. She was a graduate of Le Sueur High School. She worked at Faribault Daily News before marriage. Agnes was united in marriage to Glenn Tuma on June 7, 1955 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lexington. Agnes was always a pleasant lady who enjoyed dancing, visiting with family and friends, gardening, journaling, was an excellent cook and loved to keep busy.

Agnes is survived by her sons, Jeff Tuma of Montgomery and Reverend Brian (Rebecca) Tuma of Cordova, Nebraska; grandchildren, Reverend Jacob (Grace) Tuma of Pierce, Nebraska; Amberlyn (Reverend Martin) Hill of Martinsburg, Nebraska; Dr. Chloe Tuma significant other (Jamison Beulke) of Mankato and Zach Tuma significant other (Samantha Bruggeman) of Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Micah and Lydia Tuma; brother, Frank and Carol Dorzinski of St. Peter; many nieces and nephews.

Agnes is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; her parents; brothers, Richard Dorzinski and Edmund Dorzinski; sister in childhood.
