Allen August Kewitsch, 81, of Le Center passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease, on Monday, March 30, 2020. He was surrounded by his family. Service and interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Le Center at a later date. Allen was born on January 23, 1939 to Alden and Edna (Reiter) Kewitsch. He graduated from McKinley High school in 1956. He entered the Army in 1960 spending time in the US at Ft. Gordon, Ft. Benning and Ft.Collins as well as active duty in Germany as a radio technician.
